Suunnitelmia on kyllä muitakin. Lapasia itselle - mieluummin useammat. Keskeneräisistä ainakin virkattu pontso valmiiksi (eteneekin tosi mukavasti) ja ne kirjoneulelapaset joita tein uutena vuotena. Isoin kummipoika tarvitsisi synttäripakettiin (parin viikon päästä) pipon. Kyläemäntä ihan varmasti haluaa huivin harteilleen (maaliskuun eka viikonloppu). Ja kohta joskus tulee taas Ulla ja muita paperisia lehtiä, ja sitten iskee taas hirmuinen hinku saada vaikka mitä. Eli ahkera on oltava.

The big games will finally begin tomorrow. I've never before in my life waited for the Olympics as excitedly as now. Often before I've only watched the figure skating, but now I'll probably be watching a lot more. Pirkka (a magazine in Finland, owned and published by a big store chain) had noticed us, I wonder if anyone else will? Tomorrow, after work, I'll have to clean the whole house thoroughly (next week in the middle of the games I might not have the time) and the most important thing: I must organize the place of the actual event (sofa). I suppose I'll have to go through the sofa table as well, to remove all the possible distracting items.

I do have other plans too. Mittens for myself - plenty of them please. Of the unfinished ones I've decided to finish two: the crocheted poncho (coming along nicely) and the mittens I nearly finished at the New Year. My oldest godson definitely needs a beanie for his birthday (in a couple of weeks) and a friend I'll be visiting at the first weekend of March would surely like a scarf. And new magazines with new patterns will be appearing soon, and then I'll want to do all kinds of new nice things. So I have to keep busy.
