Kesken. Malli on kirjasta Victorian Lace Today.

In the picture the scarf is divided into two needles (80cm and 100cm) in order to be somehow seen better. Silvia is thin yarn, but not unbearably so, but really nice to knit: doesn't split, not too slippery, doesn't stick to the needles, really soft - nice! The pattern is from Victorian Lace Today. The first chart was a bit dull, fast to knit, but dull. The second (now in progress) is fascinating. On the other hand it changes all the time and is somehow logical, but not logical enough to be boring - I need to glance at the chart every now and then (but not too often). After this chart all the 738 stitches (if I remember correctly) will be left on the needle (or needles) to wait and the border is knitted sort of separately. One border stitch and one center stitch are knit together so that the border and center are joined together. I've used this method before (and I really like it), but the border this time will probably seem endless.... When finished, it should be like this....
